Alec is currently the choreographer for Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione in Paris, choreographing last year’s show Fantaisie and this year's show Delire.

He will be returning to choreograph the 24/25 season later this year. 

 

Most recently he choreographed Wereldkerst Circus at the Carre Theatre in Amsterdam.

It was the first time in it's 37 year history that they had dancers. 

With Globestar Productions he choreographed an exclusive private event at the Tate Modern creating a totally bespoke show with sections from Cabaret, Chicago, Madonna and My Fair Lady. 

In December he was asked to return to choreograph the 2023 Christmas parade for the luxury department store Printemps Haussmann in Paris.

Alec's next projects are working with Rabanne and PUIG on the global launch event for their first make-up launch.

He will also be working with Disneyland Paris for the first time on the press event for the grand reopening of the Disneyland Hotel.  

Alec is UK-born, Australian-raised and trained at Bird College. His illustrious career has spanned theatre, film, music videos, events, television, circus and world tours.

        

Alec is most recognised as being Kylie Minogue's dance partner in her video for Can't Get You Out Of My Head. The success of the song and the Fever album saw Alec perform all around the world with her and developed a working relationship that lasted almost 2 years.

 

Whilst working for Kylie, he was given the opportunity for his first choreographic job. Along with Rafael Bonachela, they choreographed Love At First Sight (Directed by Johan RenckThe success of this song led to numerous TV show appearances in the USA including the Jay Leno Show and Good Morning America, which Alec also choreographed. 

 

Throughout his performing career he has performed at the most prestigious venues and worked with the world's best including Dame Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones, Darcey Bussell, Emma Bunton, Christina Aguilera, Annie Lennox, Scissor Sisters, Jamiroquai, Take That and Lorna Luft

He worked on the films Phantom Of The Opera, Beyond The Sea and Gulliver’s Travels.

West-End shows Saturday Night Fever, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, Notre Dame de Paris, Tap Dogs and Dirty Dancing and

TV shows such as Brit Awards, Olympics 2012 Closing Ceremony, MTV Awards, Royal Variety and Top Of The Pops.

 

Choreography has always been a passion and bringing the wealth of expertise and knowledge across was a natural progression. His style is as versatile as his career and this is a huge asset to any production. Working as a choreographer he has worked with some of the biggest names and brands in music, TV, stage and events. 

 

Along with Love At first Sight for Kylie Minogue, he choreographed Never Too Late/Cybertronica for her Fever world tour. 

For international design icon Cho Cheng, he worked with supermodel Micha Hart on the fashion film The Art Of Je Ne Sais Quoi. The film was selected for the ASVOFF Festival in Paris at the Centre Pompidou and was also selected for the BAFTA qualifying Aesthetica Short Film Festival.

For MENTOS he staged and choreographed the Superhero UP2U commercial.

He worked with comedy legends Vic Reeves & Bob Mortimer on their hit BBC Television show.

For Erasure he choreographed the video Come Up and See Me

In the film Phantom of the Opera you can see his choreographic work in Masquerade.

Alec created the tap numbers for Royal Ballet's Mara Galeazzi at Sadlers Wells.

French music star Joyce Jonathan wanted to create a musical theatre style music video and Alec was asked to create the magic.

 

He has choreographed large scale shows and events for VIP clients in Paris, Mumbai, Gstaad, London & Monaco including Huda Beauty, Zurich Bank, Cliveden House, Crown Casinos, Hotel de Paris, Hackney Empire and Le Grand Bellevue
